Citizens of the EU and EFTA (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, or Switzerland), as well as citizens of Australia, Japan, Canada, the Republic of Korea, New Zealand, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the United States of America can enter Germany without a visa.
All other countries will require you to get a visa in order to enter Germany!
Generally, requirements can vary depending on the country you’re applying from. However, here is a list of the general requirements that are frequently needed:
• Germany Visa Application Form.• Valid Passport & Visa Photos.• Proof of Accommodation in Germany.• Transportation / Round trip reservation or itinerary.• Adequate Health Insurance Coverage.• Proof of Financial Means.
You’ll also be asked about the purpose of your trip, where we’ll be providing you with an official invitation letter to attend the congress.You can get your visa invitation letter upon your registration or you can request it ahead via the form.
